Mega-Evolution
Mega Evolution is the process of increasing a pokemon's power based on the bond of the trainer and pokemon. This process ultimately increases a Pokemon's power and appearance, but it may also change a Pokemon's type and ability. In order to Mega-Evolve, a trainer must posses a Keystone as well as the specific Mega-stone that is specific for a Pokemon to hold. Rayquaza is the only Pokemon that doesn't require a Mega-Stone, however it must know Dragon Ascent to Mega-Evolve. You can only Mega-Evolve once every battle.
The Maximum Stat Increase for Mega Evolved Pokemon is +8, while the Minimum Stat is still -6
